Holiday hardening

Numerous fixes to prepare for holiday surge including improved error logging and activity data. Also:

• in user settings, add the ability to change default user roles for new admin users added automatically to the app

• in checkout recipient fields, support text, date and number input types

• in manual imports, automatically apply uploaded line item properties to all line items

• better error UX for multi-recipient checkout
