Added support for Shopify bundles

Shopify Bundle Support

Added support for bundle products in the order import process.

• Add bundle products to import files via SKU or name. Or select bundle products while creating a Send.

• Bundles are broken down into their components when orders are generated, with bundle pricing adjustments applied to line items. We include custom properties in the order info to indicate the items were sourced from a bundle.

Note regarding reporting: bundles included in Sends will not show up in Bundle reports in Shopify Analytics. Those products will be reported under their individual line items in all product sales reports.
