Streamlining inquiry and send management

Inquiries received via our storefront inquiry form now show in the "manage sends" page as "new" sends of type "inquiry". You can assign them to a staff member right from the manage sends table.

For teams with a large Send volume, you can assign staff members to manage inquiries from the manage sends page. The list of assignees can be added and managed under Settings > Users.

And we've added quick filters to view only your own Sends and Source or Status filters to narrow the list further:

Click into the new inquiry to start processing it. You'll see a summary of all the inquiry form data, as well as any address file and logos/files they've uploaded. We load the address file directly into the send using your import format and you can proceed to validate products and addresses, pick shipping rates and finalize the send.

Other updates

  • Fine-tuned our address validation algorithm to improve suggestions. We are also showing "no exact match" more frequently, rather than showing poor suggestions.

  • When creating a Send, the staff assignment defaults to the current user.

  • When importing products using SKU, we will now match to the exact SKU if one is found, even if there are multiple matches. For instance "GC10" formerly showed multiple matches of "GC10" and "GC100". Now, if we find an exact match, we'll use that.

  • After matching a product, you can now "Change product" and select a different product for the match.


  • When applying shipping rates, the shipping rate card "apply" buttons won't overwrite any preselected items.

  • Edit product quantities for individual rows in the order on the last two review steps.


  • On the inquiry form, you can now choose to accept ANY format of upload file, instead of forcing customers to upload using the template format. If we can parse a valid data table from the uploaded file, we will still pre-load it when creating the Send. If not, you'll need to download the user's file and prepare the data for upload in the Send.


  • We're now preventing "stuck" sends with improved back end error handling and re-try logic.

  • Feature cards on the app homepage are now dismissible.

  • Fixed issue with send type settings not being properly applied.
