Streamlining inquiry and send management

Inquiries received via our storefront inquiry form now show in the "manage sends" page as "new" sends of type "inquiry". You can assign them to a staff member right from the manage sends table.

For teams with a large Send volume, we've added quick filters to view only your own Sends and Source or Status filters to narrow the list further:

Click into the new inquiry to start processing it. You'll see a summary of all the user's form data, as well as any address file and logos/files they've uploaded. We load the file directly into the send using your import format and you can proceed to validate products and addresses, pick shipping rates and finalize the send.

Other updates

  • When creating a Send, the staff assignment defaults to the current user.

  • After matching a product, you can now unmatch it and select a different product.


  • When applying shipping rates, the shipping rate card "apply" buttons won't overwrite any preselected items.

  • Edit product quantities for individual rows in the order on the last two review steps.


  • On the inquiry form, you can now choose to accept ANY format of upload file, instead of forcing customers to upload using the template format.


  • We're now preventing "stuck" sends with improved back end error handling and re-try logic.

  • Feature cards on the app homepage are now dismissible.
