Support for Shopify B2B

Added support for B2B customer locations with catalog pricing, tax settings and shipping options, for Pro and Enterprise plans.

• when selecting a customer for a Send, if the customer is associated with any company locations, you have the option of selecting a location or making it a personal (non-B2B) order

• all catalog pricing, tax settings and shipping options available for that company location will be automatically applied when previewing and generating all orders in the Send
