What we solve

Send To Many started with a simple problem: there is no way in Shopify for customers to checkout once with multiple addresses in an order. And there is no built-in tool for merchants to upload a spreadsheet of orders. As amazing as Shopify is at streamlining ecommerce on the storefront and backend, this is a glaring gap for gifting merchants. Specialty food brands, florists, wineries and gifting sites all struggle to create a smooth experience for their high value gifting customers.

We built Send To Many to give merchants a cleaner way to import, validate, process, and manage bulk orders without stitching together spreadsheets, manual edits, and support tickets.

Where it started

The app comes from Even Better Apps, founded by Cam Balzer. Cam has spent his career in the internet space in Chicago, working across e-commerce businesses, B2B companies, marketing, product strategy, and data analytics. The company name is the idea: Shopify is an incredible platform, and it's even better when you fill gaps for demanding merchants.

The path into gifting started with Flowers for Dreams, a large Chicago florist shipping across the Midwest. When migrating from a homegrown e-commerce experience to Shopify, they quickly discovered there was no comparable tool to their custom spreadsheet upload tool.

Realizing other gifting merchants were likely struggling with the same issue, Send To Many was built. Florists, food companies, wineries, and any brand with a giftable product regularly get approached by customers who want to send products to dozens or hundreds of recipients. Without the right tool, every one of those orders becomes a workaround.

How we work with merchants

Everyone at Even Better Apps has worked merchant-side. We know how critical it is to keep small issues from compounding, especially during peak holiday season, the biggest time of year for gifting brands.
